PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz., Dec. 23, 2016 – The Oklahoma City Blue (10-7) came back from a 16-point fourth quarter deficit to defeat the Northern Arizona Suns (10-5), 101-97 on Friday night.
With 9.6 left in the game, Alex Caruso hit a three-pointer to tie the game at 97. He stole the ball on the ensuing possession and shot it ahead to Myke Henry, who hit two free throws to give OKC its first lead of the game with 2.7 seconds left.
Henry finished with a career-high 12 points and seven rebounds, while Caruso had 20 points and a career-high tying nine rebounds.
Oklahoma City outscored Northern Arizona, 18-4, over the final five minutes of the game. Kaleb Tarczewski turned in seven points in the fourth, finishing with a career-high 19 points to go along with nine rebounds.
After falling behind by 12 to start the game, Oklahoma City fought back in the first half, cutting the lead to 46-45 with a little under two and a half minutes left in the second quarter.
Daniel Hamilton scored 11 in the second, but Northern Arizona responded and went into the half leading 54-46. Hamilton finished with a game-high 22 points.
